Ultimately, we recognise that the quality, integrity and reputation of UK Shuttle’s operation has been achieved by its greatest asset, its people, and we are proud to confirm that, despite the liquidation of UK Shuttle, we have been able to contact the majority of staff and to secure positions for them to support operations throughout and beyond this transition.

Our initial priority will be to stabilise the operation which, for various reasons outside the local staff’s control, has struggled to achieve levels of service viewed as a minimum within the Swift Organisation. “Assessment, Retraining and Service controls will be key – back to basics is the order of the day.” Swift will return the client’s needs and wants to where they should be, which has always been central to our focus.
